This policy explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It describes our actual practice, not a generic template.
Who is responsible
PLC Indonesia (PMP Learning Club Indonesia) operates this website and is responsible for the personal data submitted through it. We act as the data controller for that information.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form yourself. There is no hidden collection.
- Full name, so we know who we are speaking with.
- WhatsApp number, which is our primary contact channel.
- Email address, only on the full contact form, and only if you provide it.
- Your message, when you choose to write one.
- The page you submitted from and the time of submission, so we can tell which programme you were reading about.
Why we use it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and to give you information about the certification programme you asked about. That is the entire purpose.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it goes
When you submit a form, the details are sent to our own application server and stored there. A notification email is also sent to our team inbox so a human can follow up.
Email delivery necessarily passes through our email provider. Apart from that, your details are not transmitted to any third party.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Nothing on these pages profiles you or follows you across other sites.
If we ever introduce analytics, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up, and no longer than two years from your last contact with us. After that they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) you may:
- Ask what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent, which stops us contacting you further.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within 14 working days. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that already took place.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to stored enquiries is limited to team members who need it in order to reply to you.
No system is completely immune to compromise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the website.
